We are a non-profit foundation based in Gdańsk, Poland. We support music and cultural education by building free, accessible digital tools for art schools, community music centres, culture houses and private tutors — and by running our own educational programmes.
The Talentyda Foundation for Music Education and Culture was established in December 2024 in Gdańsk, Poland. We operate under the supervision of the Polish Minister of Culture and National Heritage, and our purpose is written directly into our statute:
"Supporting the development of culture in its broadest sense and of music education", including "the creation of a digital educational platform and its continuous development". — Foundation Statute of 19 December 2024, § 2(1–2) (translated from the Polish original)
We believe that access to good arts education must not depend on a student's wealth or an institution's budget. That is why everything we build follows the principle of "ethics above profit": core tools are free for everyone, data belongs to its owners, and accessibility (WCAG) is treated as a duty, not an add-on.
Every project of the Foundation serves one goal: making the teaching of music, arts and culture easier to organise and more widely accessible. All core features are free of charge — for every institution and every teacher, without exception.
The heart of our mission: a system where a music, language or sports school, a community centre or a single tutor manages enrolment, class calendars, records and communication with students. A free starter plan for everyone — forever.
Music and cultural classes run by the Foundation itself: instrument lessons, ear training, workshops. Online enrolment through our platform.
Open, free ear-training exercises for students and self-learners — in four languages (PL, EN, NO, UA), designed for the highest accessibility, including for visually impaired users.
The technical foundation of our tools: a central, open API platform that lets the Foundation's products and partners' systems speak one language. We publish open documentation so anyone can integrate with us.
A community of institutions gathered around the Vocato manifesto — schools and centres that sign up to shared values ("ethics above profit", openness, accessibility) and co-create the development of free educational tools. Future home: vocato.edu.pl.

The free Vocato starter plan is available to everyone — every school, community centre, culture house and every tutor, regardless of whether they cooperate with our Foundation. It includes the essential features needed to run classes:
Extended (paid) plans fund the infrastructure and the development of the free tools — in line with the "ethics above profit" principle. All proceeds serve the statutory goals of the Foundation.
